Privacy Policy
Curvo Studio is designed to work without collecting more than it needs. This page explains what data we process, why we process it, and the choices you have.

What we collect
You can use every simulator and create PDF reports without an account. If you create an account, Firebase Authentication processes your e-mail address, your display name and, when you sign in with Google, your profile picture. When you save a project, we store its title, your notes, the component, its parameter and experiment settings, and when it was created and last changed. If you send a message through the feedback form, we receive the name, e-mail address and message you type. We do not collect payment data — Curvo Studio is free.
How we use your data
Account data is used to sign you in and to keep your saved projects available on any device. We only send e-mails needed for your account, such as address verification and password resets. Feedback form data is used only to answer your message. Anonymous usage statistics — including events such as saving a project or exporting a report, but never their content — help us understand which simulators are used and where the app can be improved.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to measure anonymous usage: pages visited, approximate region and device type. This may set cookies in your browser. We do not run advertising, and we do not sell or share your data for advertising purposes. The Curvo Studio mobile app does not use Google Analytics or any other analytics or advertising SDK; the analytics described here apply to the website only.
Third-party services
Curvo Studio runs on Google Firebase (hosting, sign-in and the project database), measures usage with Google Analytics and uses Web3Forms to deliver feedback form messages. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
Where your data is stored
Saved projects are stored in Google Cloud Firestore in data centres in the European Union. Firebase Authentication and Google Analytics are global Google services and may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under Google’s data-transfer safeguards. PDF reports and CSV files are created in your browser and are never uploaded to us.
Storage, deletion and your rights
Your account and saved projects are kept until you delete them. You can delete a single project from My projects, or delete your account together with every saved project at any time from the Account page; deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. If you can no longer sign in, send us a message from the feedback page using your account’s e-mail address and we will delete it within 30 days. Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR, Turkey’s KVKK or India’s DPDP Act — you may also have the right to access, correct or obtain a copy of your data and to object to its processing; contact us to exercise these rights.
Children
The simulators can be used by learners of any age without an account. Accounts are meant for users aged 13 and over; if you are below the age at which you can consent to data processing where you live, ask a parent or guardian before creating one. If you believe a child has created an account without permission, contact us and we will delete it.
